6. Transfering of Funds Using the UBA USSD Code

If you want to transfer funds from your UBA account number to another UBA account simply dial *919*3*UBA Account Number*Amount#.

To however transfer funds to other banks account simply dial *919*4*Bank Account Number*Amount# to transfer funds to another bank or *919*6#  to transfer funds to Microfinance banks, Fintechs & other institutions.

Once you see the on-screen popup, make sure you enter your secret 4-digit pin code to confirm the details of the payment. Once your pin is confirmed, the funds will be debited from your account and credited to the recipient.

Enter your chosen 4-digit secret pin and send. Your pin will be saved and you can use it to carry out any financial transaction on UBA Bank at any time.

8. Generating a one-time-password (OTP) Using Your Mobile Phone

You can also generate an OTP to perform an easy transaction using UBA Bank Magic Banking. Simply dial *919# on your UBA Bank registered phone number, press the 7, on the next menu, press 7 again, you will see the generate OTP option, then press the number 1.

An SMS with the OTP will be sent to you and you will use it to carry out any transaction within a limited timeframe.

However, if the OTP expires before you can complete your transaction, don’t worry yourself, simply make a request for a new one.
