Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu Heads To Appeal Court, Challenges Amended Terrorism Charges.

Biafra Republic agitator, Nnamdi Kanu has made a move to challenge the amended 7 terrorism charges granted by Justice Binta Nyako of a Federal High Court in Abuja.

The IPOB leader revealed this in a suit filed by his lawyeers Mike Ozekhome (SAN) and Ifeanyi Ejiofor. at the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal.

In the suit, Kanu asked the appeal court to strike out the amended seven charges of terrorism instituted against him by the Federal Government; adding that the charge against him was legally defective.

IPOB insists April 27 ban on open grazing, beef sacrosanct.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has confirmed once again April 27; as the date set aside for the enforcement of the ban on open grazing and beef consumption in the South East.

Nnamdi Kanu’s Disciple Slams IPOB For Releasing ‘Militants’ Names

Simon Ekpa, Nnamdi Kanu’s self-acclaimed disciple, has slammed the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB); for making public a list of militants and Commanders terrorizing the people of the South-East region.

Recall that IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, revealed that unknown gunmen troubling the Southeast are members of the Ebubeagu security network.

He affirmed that the the Eastern Security Network, ESN, has no hand in the insecurity rocking the region.
