Even though they both seem to be related, visualization is an act of clearly seeing what is real and lies ahead while imagination involves seeing things that might not seem to exist or even be possible.

The trick here is to slowly Inhale through your nose, and feel your stomach expand, and after some while exhale through your pursed lips.

And you can also adopt a word or phrase that always keeps you calm and relaxed. For instance, you can imagine the air is filled with whatever you seem to desire or want as oppose to what is causing you stress.

Use a word or phrase to help you feel more relaxed. For example, imagine that the air is filled with peace and calm.
