Welcome to our good night quote for Sunday October 3 2021, and today we are going to review and explain a quote from ‘Bernard Williams‘.
“This is the end of the day, but soon there will be a new day.”
It is only the end of the day, and not the end of days.
Every end of the day should remind us of another new day; I mean tomorrow.
As the creator made it: the night was for human relaxation, after a long hard day, the body needs some rest.
You might have had an hectic day, Sunday is for rest; holidays, which means after coming home from church (as a Christian) you dedicated some time to your family.
Visited your mum, dad, siblings, friends; and if you have your own family, then you must have took them out to get some fresh air in relaxation spots, or just to the cinema to watch the latest movies.
However the day might have been, the reality is that, time has come for us to give the body some rest.
But before we do, we need to remind ourselves that tomorrow is going to be another new day.
Monday! Wow! The begining of a new week.
Work, school, everything begins for everyone.
Two days gone by and we have missed our colleagues; both the good and the bad.
But it’s sure that we are going to catch up with all of them tomorrow.
But before we do we must make up our minds to make the new day the best of our days.
You need to resolve now to be a new person, so you could bond with the new day.
Therefore, you must diffuse every form of anger, pains, fears, worries and what have you.
Forgive that person that you hold a grudge against.
Let it go!
Because this might be one of the reasons you often have sleepless nights.
