4. Exercise.

A little exercise like a work out (even in your house) or press up can go a long way in helping to put you in shape for the task ahead.

5. Eat healthy.

Be mindful of the kind of food you eat in the morning.

Don’t eat anything that will make you feel sleepy or put you in a dull mood.

A slice of bread and a cup of tea can be ok; you can eat much later in the afternoon after you might have achieved most of your goals.
