Welcome to our good morning Quote for Monday October 25 2021, and today we are going to review and explain a quote from ‘Leo Buscaglia‘.

“Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.”

Leo Buscaglia

Worry is a normal part of human existence and experience, at one time or another we have experienced worry in one way or another.

Yes! everyone experiences it.

But the problem is, if worry is left unchecked, it can affect both the physical and mental health of a human being.

Good morning friend and have a beautiful day.

But what exactly is worry?

Worry may be defined as distress which is caused by something or situations you don’t feel comfortable with.

The object of worry could range from your inability to achieve certain goals in life, or sickness of any kind.

While there is no known way to completely rid yourself of the thoughts brought about by worry, you can still possibly reduce it’s negative effects.

Below are some of the means you could use to do so.

  1. Meditate
  2. Pray.
  3. Conversate with others.
  4. Avoid staying indoors.
  5. Exercise (you can go for a work out or do press ups or use the gym etc)
  6. Read exciting books.
  7. Watch television,
  8. Listen to the radio.
  9. Browse with your phone.
  10. Seek medical help if the condition persists..
