On this post you will get to read our daily devotional from God’s word for Tuesday November 23 2021.

Most times in our daily lives, our busy schedule causes us to stay apart from our creator, but if we can only make it a point of duty of rising into a devotion with God every morning, I believe it will be worth it.

The scriptural text for our daily devotional from God’s word today Tuesday October 19 2021, is taken from (2 Chronicles 7:14)

“If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from  heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

2 Chronicles 7:14

Today in our devotional, God calls upon those of us Christians who are still living in sin to make a u-turn and return back to him.

But many feel that there are sins that God cannot forgive; and so our question today is Does God forgive every sin?

Yes! God forgives every sin; that is why He said in the scripture below:

“Come now, and let us reason together,” says the LORD, “though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Isaiah 1:18.

But the main point here is that your repentance have to precede God’s forgiveness.

In other words you must be willing to go to Him and seek for repentance before you can get the forgivess of your sins.

Throughout the scriptures, God has always shown Himself to be a merciful and compassionate Father, who is always willing and ready to forgive whatever sin the humans He created commits.

He even promises never to forsake them in their sinfulness.

They refused to obey, and they were not mindful of your wonders that you did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion they appointed a leader to return to their bondage. But you are God, ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, abundant in kindness, and did not forsake them.

(Nehemiah 9:17)

For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon you.

(Psalm 86:5)

Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord is very compassionate and merciful.

(James 5:11)

So today you must overlook whatever sin you have committed and approach God to receive your pardon.
