On this post you will get to read our daily devotional from God’s word for Monday November 29 2021.

Most times in our daily lives, our busy schedule causes us to stay apart from our creator, but if we can only make it a point of duty of rising into a devotion with God every morning, I believe it will be worth it.

The scriptural text for our daily devotional from God’s word today Monday November 29 2021, is taken from 1 Corinthians 1:30.

But for Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption—

1 Corinthians 1:30

The scripture above helps us to understand that Jesus Christ is our righteousness.

Now how do we have our righteousness in Jesus?

Before He left His disciples to His death, He made a promise about sending a comforter, paraclete and helper to His followers.

“And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever, “even the Spirit of truth, Whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him, for He dwells in you and will be in you.

John 14:15-16

And the purpose of this helper was to enable the Christian lead a righteous life; without struggling with human power to do so.

The Father Himself had earlier made this promise known through one of His prophets.

“I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you will keep my judgments and do them.

Ezekiel 36:27.

Therefore, as a Christian you should always depend on the Holy Spirit to help you obey all the commandments of God.
