On this post you will get to read our daily devotional from God’s word for Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

Most times in our daily lives, our busy schedule causes us to stay apart from our creator, but if we can only make it a point of duty of rising into a devotion with God every morning, I believe it will be worth it.

The scriptural text for our daily devotional from God’s word today Tuesday, May 3, 2022, is taken from Romans 9:20-21.

But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?

Romans 9:20-21.

The above scripture seems to give us the perspective that whatever our lives turn out to be is the design of the creator.

But before we conclude with this point, let’s study the next scripture by the same writer, Apostle Paul.

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor.  Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

2 Timothy 2:20-22.

And now we can finally see how we as humans are commanded to cleanse and purify ourselves, so that we can be the vessel of honour God uses for every good work
